5Pointz in Mid June
When I first got my Art Studio in Greenpoint, I found myself traveling on the glorious 7 Train, through Long Island City. I took lots of photos of 5 Points. Granted, it was almost a year after the literal whitewashing, but I love that it only created a new blank canvas.
Below is how it looked as of mid June 2014. 2 different days, notice the sky.
This day's photos were taken during a sunset. Note the skyline and the clouds.
This is the train emerging from underground. Note the tagged train parked at the train yard. They had tried to get the tags off, but it didn't work. ;)
